  • Mountain Pose (Tadasana): Stand tall with feet hip-width apart, arms by your sides, and distribute your weight evenly. Engage your thighs, lengthen your spine, and relax your shoulders.
  • Downward Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana): Start on your hands and knees, lift your hips towards the sky, forming an inverted "V." Keep your hands shoulder-width apart, and your heels pressed toward the floor.
  • Warrior I (Virabhadrasana I): Step one foot forward, bend the front knee, and keep the back leg straight. Raise both arms overhead with palms facing inward, gazing forward.
  • Child's Pose (Balasana): Sit on your heels, extend your arms forward, and gently lower your torso between your thighs, resting your forehead on the mat.
  • Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana): Lie face down, place your hands under your shoulders, and gently lift your chest, keeping your elbows bent. Engage your core and press your feet into the ground.
